Come celebrate Mad River Taste Week!

It's been a fun start to Mad River Taste Week! Check out the festivities. There are lots of opportunities to get to know more about local products. I'll be co-hosting a charcuterie & cider pairing this Friday from 5-7 at the Mad River Taste Place. Tickets are $25. Come chat about cider and meat and enjoy some too!

Thanks to Bill Cavanaugh for a great Pig Roast last Saturday! It was fun helping to keep the fire going. The picture here shows Bill at 4 in the morning getting the fire up to temperature. He also made some incredible sausages for Saturday's dinner.

Charcuterie Happy Hour

So excited to hang out with my mentor, Kate Hill, who is visiting from France! For those of you who want to come out and talk charcuterie with us, check out Charcuterie Happy Hour at the Mad River Taste Place. You can buy yourself a sip of local beer, wine, or cider, and enjoy a charcuterie or cheese plate and join the conversation. We'll be there from 5 - 6.
